As reported by a forum user at http://ir.dcs.gla.ac.uk/terrier/forum//read.php?3,1266 it appears that MatchingQueryTerms does not retain query term order. This is essential to implement sequential term dependency models

The results of sequential dependency proximity are likely to have been negatively impacted by this bug.

I have fixed this, and added a JUnit test case.
