 Description   
BlockLexiconEntry & BlockFieldLexiconEntry are no longer needed by block indexing. They can be deprecated, and removed in a future release (they are kept to support upgraded indices created by the classical indexer).

BlockLexiconMap BlockFieldLexiconMap BlockLexiconBuilder can all be removed.

Factory classes for BlockLexiconEntry and BlockFieldLexiconEntry now emit a warning on index loading.
