      MAX_DOCS_PER_BUILDER = Integer.parseInt(ApplicationSetup.getProperty("indexing.max.docs.per.builder", "0"));
      maxMemory = Long.parseLong(ApplicationSetup.getProperty("indexing.singlepass.max.postings.memory", "0"));

      maxMemory for sure should be more than 0 bytes!
