    The Terrier batch scripts trec_terrier.bat, desktop_terrier.bat, http_terrier.bat and interactive_terrier.bat fail with 'The system cannot find the batch label specified - terrier_etc' on Windows (7) 64 bit if the environment variable TERRIER_HOME is set.

    This has been traced to a misplaced goto label call in the affected scripts.
