supply list of docids to score (workingSetDocno)

Hi,

For a query is there a way to supply a list of document ids similar to Indri's workingSetDocno? [1]

What this does is restrict query evaluation to the specified set of documents, rather than the entire collection. Does Terrier have this facility?

Thanks!
Luke

Hi Luke,

There is something called TRECResultMatching, which lets you load a resultset from a file; You can then wrap this in a ScoringMatching, which only rescores items in the current resultset.

Thanks Craig,

This sounds like what I'm looking for. I'll take a look those classes. Thank you.
